BTS ‘My Universe’ ranks on Billboard ‘Hot 100’ for 4 consecutive months

K-pop group BTS has remained on the U.S. Billboard ‘Hot 100’ chart for a long time.

According to the latest chart (January 22) released by Billboard on the 19th, BTS and britpop band Coldplay’s collaborative song ‘My Universe’, released on September 24 last year, ranked 94th on Billboard's main single chart ‘Hot 100.’ It has remained on the chart for 16 consecutive weeks.

In addition, ‘My Universe’ ranked 13th on ‘Adult Pop Airplay’ chart, 10th on ‘Canada Hot AC’ chart, 36th on ‘Canada CHR/TOP’ chart, 38th on ‘Canadian Digital Song Sales’ chart, and 38th on ‘Canadian Hot 100’ chart.

BTS also ranked 30th on the ‘Billboard Global 200’ chart, which scores songs based on streams and sales in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, with their song ‘My Universe.’ On this chart, BTS’ ‘Butter’ ranked 45th, ‘Dynamite’ ranked 68th, and ‘Permission to Dance’ ranked 128th. On the Billboard Global Excl. US, ‘My Universe’ ranked 16th, ‘Butter’ ranked 26th, ‘Dynamite’ ranked 37th, and ‘Permission to Dance’ ranked 74th.

Meanwhile, BTS's fourth full-length album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7,’ which was released in February 2020, has continued its long-term popularity. The album ranked 166th on Billboard’s main album chart ‘Billboard 200’ and has remained on the chart for 93 consecutive weeks. It ranked 32nd on ‘Top Album Sales’ chart and 2nd on ‘World Album’ chart as well.
